These Terms govern the purchase and use of ZazaDSP plugins through this website. By creating an account, redeeming a code, or buying a product, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
ZazaDSP is operated by Leonardo Izzo, a sole trader (autónomo) based in Spain. You can reach us at support@zazadsp.com for anything covered here.
2. What we sell
Audio plugins (VST3/CLAP/AU) sold as a one-time purchase: no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Some products are bundles that include every plugin we release, current and future, under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Accounts
An account is required to buy or redeem a product. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for the accuracy of the email address on file: it's where your license and account notices go.
4. Beta program
While the store is in beta, no payments are processed: products are distributed exclusively through redeem codes we issue to testers. Beta software and beta plugins may be unstable, incomplete, or change without notice. Feedback is welcome at support@zazadsp.com and helps shape the final release.
5. Purchases and payment
When payments are enabled, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record: they calculate, collect and remit VAT, and process your payment. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is digital and immediate: your license becomes available in your account as soon as the order is confirmed.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content doesn't apply once delivery has started with your explicit consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right. Completing a purchase on this site counts as that consent. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described. Contact support@zazadsp.com and we'll sort it out.
7. License grant
Buying or redeeming a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, tied to your account: offline, with no expiry date and no limit on the number of machines you activate it on. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the plugin files or your license, or attempt to bypass or remove the licensing mechanism.
- One license per account per product. Reissuing it for a new machine doesn't require buying again
- Activations are logged for support purposes only, never to restrict legitimate use
- Reverse engineering isn't permitted beyond what the law allows for interoperability
8. Refunds
Because delivery is instant and digital, we don't offer automatic refunds after purchase. That said, if something is genuinely wrong (a defective build, a product that doesn't match its description, a duplicate charge), write to support@zazadsp.com and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
9. Catalog changes
We may add, discontinue, or change products listed as "in development" at any time before their release. Released, purchased products keep working under the license you were granted even if the catalog around them changes.
10. Liability
Plugins are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use (for example, lost work in a session) beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms (for example, by sharing license files or abusing redeem codes) without affecting licenses already lawfully issued to other users.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence still apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the store evolves (for example, when payments go live). The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version; material changes will be called out here.
